HISTORY
Hello...!
As you may already be aware we have got back together recently and played a great gig at the Redstar pub in Camberwell on dec 10 2006. All the original members were there including all 3 guitarists from the history of the band but we were without Amir , the bands second drummer.
Once we get fully up to speed here , we'll be able to keep you informed of any gigs that are happening and of any new songs in the pipeline.
so far we have yet to decide on exactly how much or how little we are going to get back into this , so if you are interested , join the page , and we'll be letting you know shortly.
Some vids and photo's will be coming soon.
Discography
Albums
Mind And Soul Collaborators (1993; Parallel). Ranging from spacy dub to the great pop of the singles. The political concerns
also come to the fore, covering imperialism, ecology and, of course, those damned turtles.
Messages After The Bleep (1995; Arthur Mix). some fine, electro-pop melodies.
Tapes
Hissy, but containing the ultimate version of Daydream.
Live ( 1990-1992 ): This was a combination of the best live tracks we did .
Singles
revolution of thought : need more info , but was recorded and mixes by simon birch
teenage turtles : was recorded at the greenhouse london by ralph jezzard , and murdered there to be honest.
please don't fight : recorded as part of the mind and soul collaborators l.p. at surrey sound in leatherhead.
and lastly........
daydream : possibly the bands big anthem with the exception of turtles , a great song , again spat out by the corporate machine , bubblegum pop maybe , but it was so sugary sweet once they had finished with it it was almost unrecognisable. earzone friendly has the one best version , and we'll get it up here soon
